about being a mom to these two:
- the myriad of costume changes every day.
- hearing wacky accordion music while i'm in the shower.
- fresh flower/weed bouquets picked from the garden.
- eating pancakes for breakfast at least 3 days a week.
- kisses, kisses and more kisses.
- running through grassy fields.
- cuddling together under a cozy blanket with books.
- dance parties to The Ramones.
- making art/observing art being made almost every day.
- hearing them share fits of laughter.
this. makes being a mom sound sooo amazing to me.
ReplyDeletehehe...it is amazing, the reality is I could make a list almost as long about the challenges, but I'll focus on the fun stuff right now (it's really what's the most memorable over time anyway)!
